Flood usually comes without notice! so, be prepared !This is several tips for home-owners to get rid from flood
1. Prepare some food reserves on your house, it is for food if you are trapped (we don't hope so)
2. Build ditch around the home
3. Build 2-floor-home if its possible
4. Prepare an inflatable boat
5. Don't put trash in the river or something
